An integrated platform for legal management in SMEs: matter management, contract management, deadlines, correspondence, documents, receivables and AI assistance — all in one application, GDPR-compliant, with data location Germany.
An additional data protection management module (DPMS) for record of processing, DPIA, DPA management and incident response is in planning as an optional add-on — currently not yet included in the platform scope.
For SMEs with 1 to 200 employees, for small in-house legal departments (1-5 qualified lawyers) and for external counsel with SME clients. Three detailed profiles are under Use Cases. We sell strictly B2B (per §14 BGB).
Structurally no. The AI can only cite from a verified case law database (generation-time constraint), and every citation is also validated against the database after generation (post-hoc validation). If a case reference appears in the output, it exists — or it is explicitly marked as unverified.

All client data is processed and stored in a datacenter in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. There is no data flow to third countries — also for AI inference, which runs on a platform in the EU region Frankfurt. More under Security · Data location.
Before any text touches the AI, it runs through a 3-phase anonymization: pseudonymization of 15 entity types (names, addresses, IBAN, case numbers, etc.) on our own servers in Germany → AI processing on a platform in the EU region Frankfurt → re-personalization. The language model sees no identifying data.
Full pipeline: Concept · 3-Phase Anonymization.
No. LEGALinhouse is a productivity tool, not a legal service under the German Legal Services Act (RDG). For court proceedings, strategic decisions or complex specialist questions you still need legal counsel — LEGALinhouse makes the preparation faster and the matter files better. More under Concept · RDG and Limits.
During the beta phase we set up access individually. The pricing model for general availability will be published before the GA release in June 2026. Our pricing reflects a per-employee cost structure, not enterprise license economics.
LEGALinhouse is currently in beta. The planned general availability (GA) is June 2026. Beta customers stay in the system and transition seamlessly into GA.
A general AI chatbot has no legal knowledge model, no verified case law database, no GDPR anonymization of your client data and no RDG-compliant architecture with draft-status enforcement. LEGALinhouse has all of that built in — and is additionally a complete legal management platform, not just a chat.
Yes. LEGALinhouse offers data export — client data can be exported in a structured format. There is no vendor lock-in on data. We are happy to provide details on request.
LEGALinhouse has built-in integrations with key components — including Deutsche Post INTERNETMARKE for franking. Standard interfaces (calendar export, data export, DPA templates) follow standard paths. Specific integrations we discuss individually — get in touch.
Primarily German law with 19 German legal specialists. Additional specialist profiles cover international jurisdictions — over 140 profiles in total. The UI is bilingual (German / English).
Yes. Beta customers receive direct onboarding with the product team. For general availability we are building self-learning materials and optional training — details closer to the release.
