Into beta — directly with the product team

LEGALinhouse is in beta. As a beta customer, you test under real conditions, get a direct line to the product team and shape the direction the product takes. No consumers, no marketing funnel — a substantive conversation.

What you get as a beta customer

  • Full access to the seven core modules — matter management, contracts, deadlines, correspondence, documents, receivables and AI assistance. The optional DPMS add-on module is currently in planning and not yet included in beta access.
  • Personal setup of your tenant with your real data.
  • Direct line to the product team — no ticket system, but answers from people who build the product.
  • Influence on the roadmap: which features matter for SMEs is something we learn best from beta customers — including DPMS prioritization.
  • Smooth transition into general availability — beta customers stay in the system, without migration or data break.

What we need from you

  • Real use cases — beta is not for trial-playing but for productive use. We look for customers who use LEGALinhouse in their daily work.
  • Regular feedback — what works, what doesn't, what's missing. We invest time in every beta customer and expect feedback in return.
  • B2B — you are a business user under §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (company, sole trader, legal entity). We do not serve consumers.
  • Willingness to manage data in a beta platform — we operate the system in a GDPR-compliant way out of a Frankfurt datacenter; beta status is not a production-SLA guarantee on day one.

What happens after beta

Planned general availability (GA): June 2026. Beta customers receive the final pricing ahead of the GA release and decide whether to continue as a paying customer. No one is converted without prior agreement. The data is yours — export is possible at any time.
